Orders & Cash on Delivery
Orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and confirmation.
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. The customer is required to pay the full order amount, including applicable delivery charges, to the delivery representative when the order is received.
Please provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information when placing your order. BrightUp Organics is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within approximately 5–7 business days after order confirmation.
A Rs. 250 delivery charge applies to each order unless a promotional offer states otherwise.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully check their order details before confirming their purchase.
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or has a genuine issue upon delivery, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can review the matter.
Product Use & Skin Care
BrightUp Organics products are intended for external skincare use only. Please follow the recommended directions provided with the product.
As every person’s skin is different, individual results may vary. We recommend performing a patch test before regular use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or are trying a new skincare product.
Avoid contact with the eyes and discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
